Need simplicity? Then start with our standard report template and change the order if required. Or select the data you want in each table/graph and display it in the order you want. You can even add your own branding in the header.
Need more? Then use our custom report builder and make you own design with total freedom. The possibilities are nearly endless.
As any multi-channel system, the SOMNOwatch™ plus can replace several devices while providing excellent signal quality. Our SOMNOwatch™ plus actigraphy encases a digital triaxial accelerometer, ambient light sensor and event marker. Its small, easy to use and offers long recording times. Combined with additional modules, the SOMNOwatch ™ plus can also be used flexibly as a 1-channel long-term EEG, long-term ECG, respiratory screener or PLM recorder.
The high frequency acquisition of movement data enables the SOMNOwatch™ plus to make a very accurate frequency analysis using FFT. The recording of tremor intensity and tremor frequency can be achieved over a long period of time. This parameter can be used for the medical diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson’s disease.
Applied to the ankle, the SOMNOwatch™ plus can continuously record Leg Movement for up to 5 nights. It can differentiate between the standing and lying position by using the integrated position sensor. With adjustable parameters, the software automatically recognizes PLM movement patterns and evaluates the PLM index. For RLS-rating (Restless Leg Syndrome) the Motor activity is quantified.
For an extended diagnosis the correlation of PLMs and Cortical Micro Arousals can be detected by using the EEG Derivation (optional).
For the detection of PLM on both legs, an external movement sensor can be fixed to the second leg, and work simultaneously with the SOMNOwatch™ plus.
The SOMNOwatch™ plus is validated for the detection of periodic leg movements*.

Thanks to the correlation of the measurement results of the additional sensors with actigraphy and body position, further information for exact diagnosis can be provided (for example with ECG for cardiovascular diseases).
Combi-Sensor for simultaneous measurement of Flow/Snore with 1-channel ECG. Designed for a cohort study in Germany
Automatic event detection, automatic detection of Cheyne-Stokes respiratory patterns, continuous determination of obstruction level.
Additional respiratory analysis by phase angle analysis – independent of respiratory flow.
Up to 80 hours recording time.

How does it work?
Taking a one point calibration at the beginning of the sleep study allows us to `set` the software‘s algorithm – and measure blood pressure continuously throughout the measurement. Because every single pulse wave is detected, a continuous “Beat-to-Beat”- recording and analysis is possible. Reduce artifacts and increase the number of reliable data points – all in a continuous, non-invasive and non-reactive way.
